3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own content and conduct. Content must be accurate, lawful, current, authorised, not misleading and appropriate for a professional Allied Health environment.

4. Professional and health-related content

Users must ensure content complies with their own professional obligations, scope of practice, registration requirements, workplace obligations, confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations and applicable laws.

5. No platform endorsement

Hosting, displaying, organising, promoting or moderating content does not mean The Allied Health Hub endorses, verifies, guarantees or accepts responsibility for that content.

6. Prohibited content

  • unlawful, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or inaccurate content;
  • defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying or discriminatory content;
  • spam, scams, unsolicited promotions or irrelevant mass messaging;
  • breaches of privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or another person’s rights;
  • inappropriate disclosure of health, client, patient or workplace information;
  • content outside the user’s authority, qualifications, registration status or lawful scope.

7. Community conduct

Users must interact respectfully and professionally. Disagreement and professional debate are allowed, but personal attacks, harassment, bad-faith conduct and unsafe behaviour are not.

8. Direct messages and chat

Messaging tools must not be used to harass, spam, pressure users, share inappropriate content, bypass platform payments, avoid platform fees or request confidential information inappropriately.

9. Confidentiality and health information

Users must not upload, share or disclose confidential, patient, client, workplace or health information unless they have all necessary rights, consents and lawful authority.

10. Jobs, events, courses and supervision

Users posting jobs, events, courses, supervision or provider listings are responsible for ensuring those listings are accurate, lawful, current and not misleading.

11. Content licence

By submitting content, users grant The Allied Health Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, promote and use that content to operate, provide, promote, moderate and improve the platform.

12. Moderation and enforcement

The Allied Health Hub may review, edit, remove, hide, restrict, suspend, reject or refuse content or accounts where it considers action appropriate.

13. Reporting concerns

Users may report content or conduct they believe breaches these standards. The Allied Health Hub may investigate and take action it considers appropriate.
