1. Purpose

This Disclosure explains how user-facing automated features may be used on The Allied Health Hub.

2. Automated features

The Allied Health Hub may make optional automated features available to support convenience, summaries, note-taking, search, support, recommendations, drafting, categorisation or recordkeeping.

3. User responsibility

Automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Users are responsible for checking any automated output before relying on it, sharing it, storing it or using it for professional, clinical, legal, financial or operational purposes.

4. Consent and recordings

Users must not record, transcribe, summarise or process meetings, supervision sessions, events, courses, chats or other interactions using automated tools unless they have all required consents and comply with law, professional obligations and platform rules.

5. No professional advice

Automated features do not provide medical advice, clinical advice, legal advice, financial advice or professional compliance advice.

6. Availability and changes

Automated features may be changed, paused, removed or limited at any time.
