Viewing it as your #1 ‘employee’ means it works for you 24/7, refers local clients to you, creates a fantastic first impression, never speaks a bad word about you, attracts your ideal customers, offers a great experience for your potential customers & clients and engages with and informs them on all your services and offerings.
Our packages work like a phone plan with small weekly instalments over 12 months. The first 12 months of the package includes the Care Plan Complimentary (super-fast and reliable hosting, your domain name, security, regular software updates, licensing and more.) You’ll also have access to the NCC team via Slack for any questions, website changes or digital advice you need.
After the 12 months is up, the site build is all paid off and you either revert back to a Monthly Care Plan ($99-$499 per month depending on support requirements) or we reassess your needs and requirements to see if there are other services you would like to utilise. (side note: We built sites more than 5 years ago that are still crushing it due to those all important Care Plans. So no need for more rebuilds. Plus they are built to scale if you decide to build out any aspects of your website in the future, such new team members, services or expanded functionality such as online courses).
The other beauty of the package is that in reality if we can get the site live in a timely manner, then at that point there hasn’t been a major initial outlay and it will be working hard for you. (Keep in mind that the build timeframe does involve timely turnarounds with what we need to receive from you, in terms of content and imagery.) Towards the end of the build we can organise another chat with Josh about paid FB marketing &/or Google Ads campaigns catering to your primary Call to Action this helps to position you to hit the ground running and we’ve seen some great success with this strategy. This approach will also help with getting a boost of traffic to the new site and therefore Google indexing the site faster for local organic search results.
