Affiliate Referral Terms & Disclosure

Affiliate Referral Terms and Disclosure

The Allied Health Hub is operated by NEWCASTLE CREATIVE CO. PTY LTD (ABN 65 003 124 114).

Last updated: 24 June 2026

1. Purpose

These Affiliate Referral Terms and Disclosure apply to referral, affiliate, ambassador, partner or promotional arrangements approved by The Allied Health Hub.

These terms apply to referral links, email invite links, ambassador referrals, affiliate referrals and any “Invite Connections” features made available through The Allied Health Hub.

2. Eligibility

Participation in any referral or affiliate arrangement is subject to approval by The Allied Health Hub. We may accept, refuse, suspend or terminate participation at our discretion.

3. Referral rewards and commissions

The Allied Health Hub may offer approved users access to referral features, including an Invite Connections page, personal referral links, email invite links or other approved invitation tools.

Anyone who joins The Allied Health Hub through your referral link, personal invite link or email invite link may remain associated with your account for referral purposes, subject to these terms and our platform records.

Where a referred person upgrades to an eligible paid subscription plan, you may earn a referral commission equal to 20% of the subscription amount received by The Allied Health Hub from that referred member, for as long as that member remains on an eligible paid subscription and the referral remains valid under these terms.

Referral commissions apply only to eligible paid subscription revenue actually received by The Allied Health Hub. Commissions do not apply to free memberships, refunded payments, failed payments, chargebacks, cancelled subscriptions, trial periods, taxes, payment processing fees, once-off purchases, advertising spend, third-party fees or other amounts unless we expressly state otherwise.

4. Referral attribution

Referral attribution is based on The Allied Health Hub’s platform records, including referral links, invite links, email invite links, tracking records and account association data.

A referred member will generally be associated with the person whose referral link or invite link they used to join the platform. Where there is a dispute, duplicate referral, incomplete tracking, manual invitation, technical issue or other ambiguity, The Allied Health Hub may determine referral attribution at its discretion, acting reasonably and based on the available records.

Referral attribution is not guaranteed where a referred person signs up without using an approved referral or invite link, clears cookies, uses a different email address, joins through another pathway, or where tracking information is incomplete or unavailable.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, artificial referrals, misleading invitations or attempts to manipulate the referral program are not eligible for commission.

5. Banked and backdated referral commissions

During early access, pre-launch, beta, platform setup or any period where payment processing, reporting or payout systems are not yet fully operational, eligible referral commissions may be banked rather than paid immediately.

“Banked” means that The Allied Health Hub may record eligible referral commissions in an internal referral ledger, account record or platform system until formal referral reporting and payout processes are available.

Where The Allied Health Hub has already recorded eligible referred members before this policy was updated, referral commissions may be backdated to the date the referred member first became an eligible paid subscriber, provided that:

  • the referral can be verified through The Allied Health Hub’s platform records;
  • the referred member is associated with the referring user through an approved referral or invite pathway;
  • the referred member has paid for an eligible subscription;
  • the payment has not been refunded, reversed, charged back or cancelled;
  • the referral does not breach these terms.

Backdated and banked commissions are calculated only on eligible subscription payments actually received by The Allied Health Hub. No commission is payable on periods where the referred member was on a free plan, trial, unpaid account, cancelled subscription or otherwise ineligible plan.

Backdating applies only from the date The Allied Health Hub first recorded the referred member against the referring user in its platform records.

6. Payment of referral commissions

Referral commissions will be paid or credited through a method approved by The Allied Health Hub once payout functionality, verification and administrative processes are available.

We may require participants to provide valid payment details, identity details, tax information, ABN/GST information, invoices or other information reasonably required to process referral payments.

The Allied Health Hub may set minimum payout thresholds, payment cycles, verification periods or administrative requirements before releasing referral payments.

If a referred member receives a refund, reverses a payment, cancels a subscription, disputes a charge or fails to complete payment, any related referral commission may be withheld, reversed, adjusted or deducted from future amounts.

Participants are responsible for their own tax, GST, accounting and reporting obligations arising from referral commissions.

7. No misleading promotion

Participants must not make false, misleading, exaggerated or unauthorised claims about The Allied Health Hub, its services, pricing, outcomes, professional status, approvals, endorsements, referral rewards or benefits.

Participants must not represent referral commissions as guaranteed income, employment, partnership, investment return or a promise of future earnings.

8. Disclosure obligations

Participants must clearly disclose any referral, affiliate, commission, sponsored, ambassador or other commercial relationship where required by law, platform rules or good practice.

Where a participant shares a referral link publicly or promotes The Allied Health Hub in a way that may result in commission, they should make it clear that they may receive a benefit if someone joins or upgrades through their link.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

The Allied Health Hub may change, pause, suspend or end the referral program at any time, including commission rates, eligible plans, payout methods, attribution rules, payment timing or participant eligibility.

Where possible, we will aim to honour valid referral commissions already banked or accrued before a material change, unless there has been fraud, misuse, breach of these terms, technical error, duplicate attribution, refund, chargeback or another reasonable basis to withhold or adjust payment.

Participation in the referral program may be suspended or terminated if a participant breaches these terms, misuses the platform, misleads others, engages in spam or unsolicited marketing, creates duplicate accounts, manipulates tracking or acts in a way that may harm The Allied Health Hub or its community.

10. Brand use and no authority to bind The Allied Health Hub

Participants must not use The Allied Health Hub name, logo, brand assets or materials except as approved by The Allied Health Hub.

Participants are not employees, agents, representatives, partners or contractors of The Allied Health Hub and must not suggest they can bind The Allied Health Hub, approve membership, guarantee outcomes, negotiate pricing or make commitments on our behalf.
